About me

I am originally from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico and I am currently living in Chicago, USA. I have a degree in International Relations from the "Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM)" and I have worked for large companies in the manufacturing sector in Human Resources. I am an active member of the "International Coaching Federation" and I am accredited as a Master Professional Life Coach by the "Certified Life Coach Institute".

 

I have learned that asking yourself the right questions can free you and take you where you want. In my case, when I started working on my mindset, I discovered that my beliefs had a direct impact on my reality. I understood that everything starts with me; For things to happen I had to change my mental chip of limiting beliefs and love myself.

It didn't matter if no one else believed in me, as long as I believed in myself. What I had experienced in the past was no longer relevant, I knew that I would go as far as I wanted to go.

They say that everything that is truly worthwhile takes time, patience is key and reaching the goal is not easy, but if it were, everyone would do it.

​

I have always been passionate about helping people achieve their goals and I am a believer in the power of the mind and how it influences health, relationships, productivity, our decision making and general well-being. This is why I decided to become a Life Coach focused on Mindset.
